Steve came to Poppleston Allen as a paralegal in 2001 with an extensive background in criminal law. His experience with interviews under caution, Magistrates', Crown and the Appeal Court process is still regularly used. Steve advises and represents several major clients under investigation for offences under regulatory legislation such as the Licensing Act 2003, Health and Safety Act 1974, Environmental Protection and Food Safety Act 1990.
Steve, now a qualified solicitor, holds the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners (Gambling) and is also a BII qualified trainer.
